misoclub (“we,” “us,” or “our”) sets out below how it handles user information in “日本旅日記 - 旅の日記としおり (Nihon Tabi Nikki)” (the “App”).

1. Information We Collect

The App stores the content you enter or record (travel destinations, dates, photos, notes, tags, travel itineraries, nickname, and the like) only on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or obtain this information.

2. Personal Information

No account registration is required to use the App. We do not collect personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, or location.

3. Communications

The App does not send your travel records (diaries, photos, itineraries, etc.) to any server. It performs no ad delivery and no access analytics (tracking).

However, the following features involve ordinary web communication in response to your actions. In every case, we do not obtain your travel records.

• “Find Accommodation”: When you search for lodging, the search conditions you enter (area, dates, number of guests, etc.) are sent to Rakuten Travel (Rakuten Group, Inc.).
• “In-app browser”: When you open a link, such as a place to stop by, communication occurs in order to display that page.

4. Device Permissions

We may use access to your photos/storage for the purpose of saving shareable images to your device. This is used solely to save images; we do not obtain your photos or similar data.

5. Provision to Third Parties

We do not provide user information to any third party.

6. Deleting Data

You can delete stored records at any time yourself, using the App’s “Reset all data” function or by uninstalling the App.

7. Children’s Privacy

Because the App does not collect personal information, it can be used with confidence by users of any age.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may revise this Policy as necessary. If there are significant changes, we will notify you through app updates or similar means.
